In the Egyptian real estate industry, very few clients are aware that Atric Developments did not use this name from the start. The business was first established in 1998 under the name Modern Real Estate Development Company.

Later, it changed its name to Atric, which is still in use today. With over EGP 7 billion invested in the Egyptian real estate sector, the company has retained its vast experience of over 20 years despite the name change.

About Atric Developments

When Atric Developments was founded in 1998 under the name Modern Real Estate Development Company, its name was not yet well-known in the Egyptian market. This marked the beginning of the company’s history.

After years of nonstop work on a variety of residential projects, the company’s management chose to rebrand it as Atric Developments, which signaled a new phase of growth and expansion across key locations including El Shorouk and the New Administrative Capital.

Divina Gardens El Shorouk

With easy access to both New Cairo and the capital, Divina Gardens Compound is situated in El Shorouk City at Kilometer 37 on the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road, close to the Cairo-Suez Road and the New Administrative Capital. Up to 80% of the project’s 25 acres are devoted to green areas and water features. The development’s unique Italian-inspired architectural style is evident in the facade features and the beautifully designed gardens that around the apartments.

There are just 190 residential units in Divina Gardens, comprising townhomes of various sizes, twin houses starting at 300 square meters, and standalone villas starting at 405 square meters. In comparison to the project’s total area, this small number of units results in a low-density residential setting. With a payment plan that requires a 25% down payment and permits the remaining balance to be paid in installments over a maximum of four years, unit prices start at about EGP 9.5 million.
